WHAT SHALL I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE 

If you have received damaged/defective products, kindly contact CK Lee @ 016-661 7881 or Ally Chin @ 012-366 1459 directly.

Please do not discard the damaged/defective products, we will arrange courier services to pick up and exchange them with new products.

 

Delivery Methods & Timing

Delivery method is by courier services, shipment directly from our office warehouse to customer site.

Delivery time takes about 3-10 working days.
