PREMIER DIAGNOSTICS SDN BHD REFUND POLICY

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your receive, if 7 days have passed since your receive date, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an

    1. Name and contact number
    2. Invoice of the item
    3. Reason of refund or exchanges
    4. Photo of the product as evidence

Delivery Methods & Timing

PREMIER DIAGNOSTICS SDN BHD DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Premier Diagnostic’s eMedAsia Store.

Generally, we will ship the item via courier service within 5 working days.

The cutoff time for order process is 10am. All orders after 10am will be processed on the next working day.

Please note we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

The minimum amount of product eligible for free shipping is RM300.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you via call or email to delay or cancel the delivery.
