Return Policies

Goods sold are Not returnable. We may at our discretion accept return of goods purchased within 5 days from us and provided that the following conditions are met:-
– Proof of direct purchase from our Company
– Completely untampered original package e.g. labels not defected, price tagged or soiled etc.
– Contents not in a deteriorated and in an unsaleable condition.
– Previously exchange goods will not be further entertained.
– Products sold on non- returnable / special price / quantity offer basis are excluded.
– Credit for goods returned will be valued at the invoiced price less any expenses incurred.

All COLD CHAIN items are strictly non returnable under any circumstances.

We cannot accept liability for loss of potency or other deleterious through failure to comply with specific storage. Conditions stated on the label.

Delivery Methods & Timing

All goods are checked by our staff before delivery. Upon receipt of goods, customers are expected to check the goods, and complaints (if any) should be made in writing within 5 days.

If you have placed an order, your order is being processed. The parcel will be sent out within 3 working days excluding weekends & public holidays upon purchase.

*We only supplies for syrups items and liquid form items within (Sabah & Labuan Only).

 

5-10 working days to arrive West MY.

3-7 working days to arrive East MY.

 

Goods damaged in transit:
We will only accept liability for goods damage in transit if this reported on the delivery sheet and provided a notice in writing is given to us within 5 days of receipts of goods. We reserve the right to give credit note or replacement of goods upon acceptance of the damage on our liability.

Wrong Supply:
We will only accept return of goods wrongly delivered to you provided a notice in writing is given to us within 5 days of receipts of goods.
