1. Discrepancy and Damages

All claims on product discrepancy and damages (during delivery) must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Kindly take pictures of the goods in the original form and send the proof via email at sales@conandx.com

2. Refunds or Replace the Product

Once verified and approved, we will process the refund in the form of store credits to you within 7 calender days.
Or products in kind to the same value will be replaced to you within 3 days.
