Return Policies
  1. All Goods sold on eMedAsia is covered under the HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd 7 Days Easy Returns depending on the Goods sold. Buyer may initiate the returns process by communicating with HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd through eMedAsia.

 

    2. Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased Goods in the following circumstances:

a. the Goods delivered to Buyer is defective and/or damaged on delivery;

b. the Goods delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong model, colour, etc.) stipulated in the order; and

c. such other circumstances which may be prescribed by HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd.

Delivery Methods & Timing

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

*Note:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If a significant delay is foreseen for your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd once your order has been shipped out and your tracking number(s) will be provided.

 

Damages

HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order is damaged, please contact HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd to file a claim.
