Return Policies

Any item/box can only be returned due to:-

1.Any component is missing in the box eg Dropper, Diluent bottle, etc.

2.Damage to items discovered after opening the box.

3.Product defect due to manufacture.

4.Items in the box different from what should be in the box.

5.Wrong goods/items sent.

Delivery Methods & Timing

1.Delivery by courier to West Malaysia (Klang Valley) - 2 to 3 working days

2.Delivery by courier to West Malaysia (Outstation) - 4 to 5 working days

3.Delivery by courier to East Malaysia - 7 to 8 working days
