Return Policies

Item/box can only be returned due to:-
1) Damage to items discovered after opening the box
2) Product defect due to manufactured
3) Items in the box different from what should be in the box
4) Wrong goods/items sent

Delivery Methods & Timing

1) Delivery in Klang Valley by Sales REP - by next working day (any order proccessed before 10.00am same day delivery)
2) Delivery by Courier to West Malaysia besides Klang Valley - 2 to 3 days
3) Delivery by Courier to East Malaysia - 1 to 2 weeks
