If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Discrepancy and Damages

All claims related to product discrepancy or damage during delivery must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Kindly take clear photos of the goods in their original form and send the proof via email to help@emedasia.com.

Exchange or Refunds

In the event that a wrong item was mistakenly sent, the item must be returned in good and unopened condition for a full exchange or refund.

Should the item be returned in a damaged or opened condition, eMedAsia reserves the right to refuse the refund or claim for damages incurred.

Once verified and approved, we will process the refund in the form of store credits within 7 calendar days.


       6.4 Product Return (Customer)
6.4.1. Clinic must send clear images of the product before initiating a return.

6.4.2. Ensure the product is in sealed and original condition.
6.4.3. The outer box must not be damaged, opened, or torn.
6.4.4. Return items must be packed securely in a protective box.
6.4.5. All returns will be collected by a third-party logistics provider, so proper packaging is      required.

6.4.6. Sender must keep a record (e.g. photos or documentation) of the product condition and how it was packed for return.
6.4.7. Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected or may result in damage claims.
