Return Policies

Any item/box can only be returned due to:-

1) Any component is missing in the box eg Dropper, Diluent bottle etc.

2) Damage to items discovered after opening the box

3) Product defect due to manufacture

4) Items in the box different from what should be in the box

5) Wrong goods/items sent

Delivery Methods & Timing

1) Delivery in Klang Valley by our Own transport - by the next day ( orders processed in the morning by 10.00am - Delivery same day)

2) Delivery to Urban ares/Major towns by Own Transport - 2 days

3) Delivery by Courier in Urban areas/ Major towns - 2 days without weekends

4) Delivery by Courier to rural areas/ out of town - 3 days without weekends

5) Delivery by Courier to East Malaysia - 4 days
