We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +6016-2101560 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 weeks working days of orders being placed to the courier companies selected by the buyer. Local orders placed before 2pm on working days will be delivered to the courier companies on the day itself. Orders after 2pm will be sent to the courier companies on the following working day. Once the item has been dispatched, we will provide the tracking number and it is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel.

 

*REMINDER: medic dot com will not be responsible for lost parcels.

 

Usually courier companies manage to deliver the product within three (3) to five (5) working days after shipment starts. shipping charges are included in item purchase.
